Action Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, HomeDecorStories will:

  • Review the claim carefully

  • Notify the content provider if applicable

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Identification of the removed content and its original location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed in error
  • Your consent to jurisdiction of applicable courts
  • Your physical or electronic signature
